Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Hamn also uses the browser’s local storage for some settings. This policy covers both.

We only use necessary cookies

Hamn does not use cookies for analytics, statistics or marketing, and we do not share cookies with advertisers. Every cookie we use is needed for the service to work or to remember choices you have made yourself. That is why we do not ask for consent.

Cookies in Hamn

• sb-…-auth-token: keeps you signed in. Kept for up to 400 days or until you sign out.
• csrfSecret: protects against forged requests. Removed when you close the browser.
• lang: remembers your chosen language. Kept for one year.
• theme: remembers light or dark mode. Kept for one year.
• sidebar:state: remembers whether the side menu is open or closed. Kept for seven days.
• wh_device_token: identifies a registered warehouse device. Kept for one year.
• wh_session: keeps a warehouse device signed in. Kept for two hours.
• admin-impersonation: only used when our support signs in as a user to help. Kept for four hours.

Local storage is used to remember list view settings, to keep picking and packing sessions apart on the same device, and to manage the printer connection at packing stations.

How to remove cookies

You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, you cannot sign in to Hamn.
